At Aspire we understand that every injury is different, therefor we have various prices depending on the type of injury and time requirements. For simple soft tissue sporting injuries, an initial consult will generally take 30 minutes and depending on the treatment required subsequent appointments will last between 15 and 30 minutes.

For more complex injuries such as spinal and shoulder pain, the initial assessment may take 60 minutes and subsequent appointments may last 30 minutes. At Aspire we focus on quality rather than quantity, therefor we like to allow sufficient time for thorough assessments and effective treatment strategies.

As a general rule the following is applicable

Discounts available for blocks of individual pilates and strengthening sessions.

As well as private consultations, Aspire is able to accept GP referrals for Workers Compensation, DVA and Motor Vehicle Accident Claims.

**You do not need a referral from a Doctor to attend Physiotherapy, and your consultations may be rebated by private health insurance ancillary or extras cover.
