fitness. The class will also assist in developing sharper reflexes,
stress relief and in the development of confidence and self-esteem.

Aspin is a challenging aerobic workout on a stationery
bike done outdoors, combining all aspects of fitness. It’s
a highly motivational and social class which is non-weight
bearing and no co-ordination is needed. It is an excellent
lower body conditioning exercise and a superb calorie burner.
