NEW!
Aspire Fitness would like to welcome our new physiotherapist on board. Craig Soley graduated from Curtin University in 2004 with a BSc (Physiotherapy). Craig has worked in the public health system in Carnarvon and Fremantle Hospitals as a musculoskeletal physiotherapist before moving into private practice. Previously Craig was a Detective in the West Australian Police Service (1993-2000) and is a 5th Dan Black Belt and four time winner of the IKGA World Karate Championship. Joining Aspire Physiotherapy in June 2007, Craig combines this position with his role as Physiotherapist for Subiaco Football Club, IKGA Australian Karate Team and the WA Police Football Team.
Chemo Club
Our chemo club is still growing every Tuesday and Thursday. The club has been designed by Steve Smith to assist in the recovery of cancer treatment for cancer patients. The inspiration of exercise is a powerful tool in overcoming the challenges of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. The club is solely volunteer based and not for profit. Our volunteers include exercise physiologists, physiotherapists, nurses, sports starts and mums and dads.
If you have any free time to assist with our chemo club we would love to hear from you. Please contact Jodie Smith on 9385 0424 or admin@aspirefitness.com.au
Security Issue
This is a reminder to all members that the last entry to the gym is 45 minutes prior to closing time. This is for the security of our staff and members. It is a strict policy recommended to be enforced under the insurance guidelines set out in the Australian Fitness Code of Conduct. |
