1995. As a part of Aspire Fitness, the physiotherapy practice
has aimed to combine traditional physiotherapy modalities
with the principles of exercise rehabilitation. With a gym

and resistance equipment, you couldn’t be in better

Physiotherapy is a science-based healthcare profession
that views human movement as central to health and well-being.
Physiotherapists aim to maintain and restore human function
after disease or injury, to help people achieve quality of
life through physical movement.
Using a combination of manual therapy, therapeutic
exercise, education, lifestyle advice, soft tissue techniques,
and electrotherapeutic modalities, physiotherapists strive
to enhance health and maximise potential.
