• Memberships are non-transferable.
• Minimum term of contract is TWELVE months. Your direct debit payment will continue to be debited from your account until we receive written notification from you.
• NO SUPENSIONS ON DIRECT DEBIT.
• Includes unlimited access to all facilities.
• Cancellation - must receive clear 30 days WRITTEN notice. Cancellations will not be taken over the phone.
• If payments are not met, members will not have access to this membership option in the future and will incur a $35 failed payment fee as well as the appropriate fees from other institutions.
• Membership fees are reviewed annually. Indirect notice may be given to members.

• An initial program design and orientation by one of our Health and Fitness Consultants.
• Additional programs are at a cost of $50 each.
• If you require a program designed by our EXERCISE PHYSIOLOGIST this is at an additional cost of $65.
• Suspension of the following memberships is as follows: Three Months - ONE WEEK ONLY, Twelve Months - THREE WEEKS ONLY

Last entry to the gym is 45 minutes prior to closing time. This is a strict policy to ensure the safety and security of our staff and members. It is in accordance with the insurance guidelines set out and recommended to be enforced, under the terms of the Australian Fitness Code of Conduct.
